About
I approach health as one whole unit and reflect on all aspects of life. Nutrition and exercise is just one piece of the pie. Mindset, emtional triggers, trauma, relationships and more have a huge impact on health and well-being. I guide my students to creating a lifestyle through holistic methods that promote reducing stress, balance, and intuative eating. Together we work towards achieving your health goals one conscious step at a time.
I love making a postive impact in my students lives and being part of their amazing mind, body, and spiritual transformation!
