Our classes are do-able by just about anyone. We specialize in a style of yoga perfect for beginners, first timers and those with no experience. The studio is the first and only studio in San Antonio built in a natural environment surounded by trees and vegetation. Every class is different with lots of variety. Each class includes postures, yogic exercises, breathing techniques, mantra, meditation and relaxation with beautiful music. All teachers are certified with up to 40 years of experience. We enjoy serviing students, witnessing them heal as a result of our classes, and improving their health and overall quality of life. It is also a great joy to see all the happy, relaxed, smiling faces of our students at the end of every class.

What types of students have you worked with?
We work with students with experience and no experience in yoga and all body types. Our yoga classes are appropriate for students as young as 11 years old to 70+ years old. We works with students who want to heal, improve, physical, mental, emotional and/or spiritual health. We also work with students who just want to develop themselves spiritually.
