About this pro

I have always had a strong desire to enhance my proficiency as a health and wellness professional. From advanced certifications, establishing an exercise physiology club during undergrad, and pursuing my master's degree in Health & Kinesiology, my ultimate goal is to be able to share my knowledge and experience to a much larger audience.

I have over 12 years of experience working as a fitness professional. Everything from working at local corporate gyms, independently at various private studios, and the honor of being asked to assist the strength and conditioning program at the collegiate level. These experiences have allowed me to possess a strong working knowledge of the fitness and nutrition industry.

Growing up, I came from a very culturally diverse background. Having parents from different ethnicities as well as two little sisters with disabilities, and a strong academic background has afforded me a unique ability to relate, and communicate efficiently with individuals from all walks of life.

A-Z Fitness was the first personal trainer I've ever worked with that was willing to develop a completely personalized training plan based on my needs that translated from home to the gym and back again. We developed food plans and weight targets, monitored diet targets and translated those into results in the gym. Having bilateral hip replacements with mobility restrictions, we were able to devise a training regimen that got me in the best shape of my life while also increasing my range of motion, lowering body fat and providing a lon-term plan that I could do at home or the gym. He is responsive, adaptable and constantly pushing me to get more out of my time with him. His knowledge of exercise diet and holistic health are unmatched among local trainers and goes far beyond the textbook stuff that you might find elsewhere. His constant encouragement was at first frustrating, because I was lazy, but as the results started to show I developed a healthy appreciation for the methods and experienced a really wonderful time training, both at the gym and at home. Can't recommend A-Z Fitness highly enough!
