About
inBalance is a community that provides a safe place for all levels and age groups to get moving, challenge their minds, and gain empowerment over their bodies. We want people to fall in lvoe with sustainable movement, while living a strong, healthy and beautiful life.
We offer all styles and levels of yoga, Pilates, and group reformer classes. We also teach more high-energy classes like our signature InBalance Barre class, our signature dance inspired cardio class inBalance Body, Piloxing®, TRX as well as some of our very own hybrid interval cardio classes! But at inBalance the classes are merely the beginning of your journey.
I love bringing the love of movement to everyone who walks through the doors of inBalance! With the variety and styles of classes we offer, there is something for everyone and every level of their fitness journey. People leave classes at inBalance feeling a sense of accomplishment and empowerment, knowinf they just did something they might not have thought that they could, and I love knowing we have given them that feeling.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Set goals for private sessions, go over any injuries or restrictions the student may have and discuss ways to work around these to still accomplish the goals, discuss preferred means of training and possible new ways to incorporate into each session to accomplish their goals
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our instructors are well trained and credentialed in each of their modes of training (yoga, pilates, TRX, barre, etc) and we hand chosen by the owner and founder to teach their specific class
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Private session range from $85-65 per session; group classes start at $69 for unlimited month of classes
What types of students have you worked with?
Our students range from 23-80 years old, both male and femal, children, as well as those recovering from injury or chronic issues or misalignemtns.
