Our personal training is comprehensive, individualized and all inclusive. We offer online coaching, group training, one-on-one sessions, provide exercise programming, in-depth nutritional guidance, financial health support, daily personal support and a small fitness community to join. From fat loss, muscle gain, sports performance, tactical fitness instructing and much more, Primal Training will cater to your fitness goals and ensure to provide the tools and teaching necessary to accomplish those goals. Founder, Tucker Krech has worked in the fitness industry for over 5 years and continues to further his education and experience with all things fitness staying up to date with the latest and greatest methodology to incorporate to Primal Training's service. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise and Sports Science from Texas State University, is a certified personal trainer and nutrition specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, basic and advanced sports performance coach certified through The United States of America Weightlifitng organization, is a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer(soon to be level 2), qualified with the TRX suspension trainer and soon to be a graduated Master in Exercise Science with a concentration in rehabilitation. We have multiple testimonials of success from clients loyal to our training that are happy to share their success stories and becoming the inner selves they've always desired to uncover. We are always taking on new clients and aspire to meet anyone's fitness goals head on with the full intent of delivering healthy satisfaction to our clients. What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We begin with a complimentary initial consultation to discuss current fitness level, goals, nutrition, lifestyle and other key components of making a change in fitness. Next would be to schedule a first session to conduct some physical assessments for our movement specialists to determine what type of movements a new student will benefit most from. The first session would also include a sample workout of what to expect moving forward. Following the first session, a certified personal trainer then creates the new student's comprehensive training plan and nutritional guidance sheet to follow for their duration of their time with primal training. Our clients will know what workouts to perform outside of their sessions with a movement specialist determined from this. Each month a progress check in will be conducted to assess results and apply fine tuned adjustments to apply to the training plan and nutrition if needed.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Yes. Our pricing for personal training is well below the national average. We are able to provide the affordability by operating free of a corporate institution so are not subject to sharing profit to pay for use of equipment and/or management. Price per session of personal training varies with training packages or recurring draft payment options. Online coaching is a flat rate. We offer military discount and duo/group rates among other options. We understand that financial health is a key component to the quality of life in individuals that we attain to improve drastically.
How did you get started teaching?
I have always aspired to work in the fitness industry. There are so many limitless approaches to attaining a higher level of health and fitness, I find it mesmerizing to explore all of the potential in the human body. From being a young and distracted athlete, to being an extreme sports participant, soldier, personal trainer, student, father and many other roles I've played in life, I have had to rely on my health and fitness to achieve success with each. There is a problem in the world. And it starts with the health of our bodies and minds which are deeply connected. Improvement in one is and improvement in the other. Vast amounts of science prove this to be true. I strive to be at the forefront of specializing in delivering solutions to problems in health and fitness.
What types of students have you worked with?
Primal Training has been participated in by a wide spectrum of individuals. I've coached athletes, taught CrossFit classes at affiliated locations, held strength camps or gymnasts, coached Olympic Weightlifters, led soldiers, corrected unhealthy movement patterns and lifestyles in the general population and worked with and around a plethora of injury and illness in clients. There is no type of person, fitness goal or special consideration that intimidates Primal Training from delivering results.
