What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Getting started is three simple steps
Step 1: Visit us online to schedule your consultation

Step 2: During your consultation we will complete a comprehensive assessment to learn more about you, your goals, previous injury (if any),current medications, alongside of providing a movement, range of motion, and posture assessments. This data will ensure we have adequate everything we need to move forward. Step 3: We take everything we captured from your assessment and create the perfect workout plan to help you lose fat, reduce pain, and achieve goals you once viewed as unattainable!

Private training. $95 per session 60 minutes
Youthsmall group options (12 athletes or less) 60 minutes
$300 per month for 8 training sessions per month
Adults 12 training sessions $425 per month for 12 sessions.
