Yoga is very versatile & can be molded to fit anyone at any stage or condition. Private sessions are important because I will be able to curate your yoga sessions and programs to give the most change that you seek in both physical and mental well-being. My current clients enjoy the mix of my gentle demeanor and the right amount of encouragement for a very effective session that they are proud and grateful for and feeling fantastic in.
