I had a personal transformation many years ago, and I started meditating, practicing yoga and mindfulness as well as reading and studying many Eastern Phylosophy authors, spirityal teachers etc. Then my energy changed so much that people constanly approached to me for help, such as advicing or just lestening to their problems, so I realized that I need to share with others all I can offer from my own experiences. So I started going to places and give free talks, and offeri g my coaching and seminar, so that how I started my practice.

Do a lot of research and use your intuition to ensure you are selecting someone who is sincere and ready fo help not because of money but because of his/her vocation to help.
