I am a Holistic & Transformational Coach willing to help others with yoga, meditation, vegetarian/vegan nutrition, spiritual practices and anything related to the awakening of the consciouness.
I am certified Yoga Instructor and a Certified Holistic Coach. My passion is to provide guidance through seminars, conferences, workshops and personal sessions to anyone who needs guidance in their awakening process and self development. I utilize my own experiences as example of living a joyful life and cultivating mindfulness. What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Holistic Coach Certification through the Spencer Institute. 200 hrs Yoga Certification through the Yoga Institute. Experince in meditation through differents methods personally used and workshops.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
All lessons, packages have the prices in my web. For pricing info about retreats, seminars and workshop are not listed because it depends on many factors. However, as part of my volunteer work I do offer for free 45 talks for any company, organization looking for my participation. I may charge for transaportation if the location is not in the Houston and its vecinity areas.
How did you get started teaching?
I had a personal transformation many years ago, and I started meditating, practicing yoga and mindfulness as well as reading and studying many Eastern Phylosophy authors, spirityal teachers etc. Then my energy changed so much that people constanly approached to me for help, such as advicing or just lestening to their problems, so I realized that I need to share with others all I can offer from my own experiences. So I started going to places and give free talks, and offeri g my coaching and seminar, so that how I started my practice.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
After several free seminar that I was offering in one lo ation, people reached out to me for more conferences. Although my conferences are only 45 minutes people enjoy them and let me participate in other events.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Do a lot of research and use your intuition to ensure you are selecting someone who is sincere and ready fo help not because of money but because of his/her vocation to help.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
What is the practice use by the teacher?
Is the teacher commited to hear the client even when the client didnt schdule a session? This happens when the client is in a critical moment.
Does the teacher offer financial plans if is a long term commiment?
