What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 3 instructors on staff that have several years personal practice experience, as well as, instruction experience.
All instructors are Yoga Alliance Certified, and have additional specialties in Somatics, Breathework, Sound Healing, Guided Meditation and Yoga.
