I am certified as a Creative Mind Love Coach with Creative Mind Coaching I am a Yoga Teacher 200 hour. I love one on one work as well as community connection. I am a registered nurse, case manager and I have many tools in my toolbelt. I have studied holistic health for 20 plus years.
I love working with women who are ready to expand their lives or are in a transition. I love helping people move past their resistance and self judgements into more self love and deeper connection.
