With my combination of certifications and experience, I can provide a one stop destination for all of your preventative wellness needs! I am a Certified Nutritionist, Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Pilates Instructor and Registered Yoga Teacher. Combining all of these aspects in your quest for health leads to amazing results and a better quality of life.
By far, my FAVORITE part of my career is watching my clients smash their goals and then go farther then they ever expected!! It's that moment when they realize that they are much stronger than they thought!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I began with a free consultation that includes all paperwork, assessments and measurements. From there, we discuss their desires for their program, setting short and long term goals that keep them focused and motivated. Then, we book our next session and I begin to build your custom program!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Nutritionist, Certified Pilates Instructor and Registered Yoga Teacher.
What types of students have you worked with?
Beginners to athletes of all ages, body types and goals.
