    All my sessions will be based on the individual. My focus is on feet work and agility, with emphasis on technique. I can also provide strength and conditioning services with bands and body weight workouts. A session would start with a thorough warm up 15-20 minutes. From there we will transition into the activite portion of the day. The workout will range from whatever the client most need work on. This portion will be 20 minutes I will then focus on technique, and specific drills to help you become quicker, and more competitive on the field for the remainder of the session.

    I have train with dozens of professional athletes, and well over a hundred collegiate athletes. Leading is something that comes very natural to me.The age group that can benefit the most from what I have to offer can vary from 6-23. I'm willing to teach my techniques, and everything I've experienced over my career to anyone who's willing to learn, and get better at their craft. I've played defensive back my entire career, but I’m a ball player . I can teach you everything you need to know to elevate your game to the next level.

    Named league MVP as well as earning first-team honors as a quarterback and defensive back.Named California first-team all-section as well as California third-team all-state as a utility player. An all-area quarterback and defensive back as well as an all-district defensive back. Set a school record with 12 career interceptions, including eight as a junior and four as a senior. As a quarterback his final year he threw for 2,200 yards and 24 touchdowns with only two interceptions. Also rushed for 700 yards. Also a four-year letterwinner in basketball, earning all-conference and all-district honors after averaging 10.6 points and 6.8 assists per game in helping team to second-round of playoffs.

    Played four seasons at Utah State and was a full time starter during his final two seasons. Played 43 career games with the Aggies recording 154 tackles, 1.5 sacks, four interceptions and 23 pass break-ups.

    Signed as a Undrafted Free Agent to the Dallas Cowboys after graduating from Utah State in 2011. Made it to the final cuts, but unfortunately was realeasd before the 2011 season begin.

    Spent the next two seasons with the Calgary Stampeders in the CFL. Starting 16 games in 2013 and registering 34 defensive tackles, eight special teams tackles, four interceptions — tied for team lead — one sack and one forced fumble. Was Calgary's nominee for the CFL's Most Outstanding Rookie Award in 2012 after finishing with 35 tackles, eight special teams tackles, two knockdowns and one interception in only 12 starts.

     

    Played all 18 games in 2014 and was one of the club’s most valuable players on defence. Did not miss a start in piling up 42 defensive tackles to go with 21 on cover units for 63 stops overall, a career-best total. Made his second interception return TD that coming on Jul 11/14 vs Montreal from 28 yards out. Ranked #6 overall in the CFL with 21 his ST Tackles.

    I majored in Sociology and have a passion for uplifting my community! I can help those that are seeking help. I was a counselor for group home/boarding school for many years. I decided to use my expertise in football to help develop the youth. The game of football in 20 percent technique and 80 percent mental. Challenging my athletes mentally is where I see the most growth. I truly enjoy what I do!
