About
Hello, my name is Jo. It's a pleasure to have the opportunity to train with people of all gender's and ages.
As a coach I have recognized that health is not one size fits all. It requires a very custom plan specificallly designed just for you. While hiring a coach it's important to ask yourself a few questions:
"Where I am at physically?"
"Where am I at mentally?"
"What are my current habits creating?"
"Who do I want to be?"
"What will make me feel better?"
Back in 2016 I completed my NASM CPT Certification. Not too long after I realied how many more components there are than what was taught to me over the course of the program. Fast forward six years later.. I have continued self eduction and have learned how to live a great quality of life with a foundation in fitness.
Your journey is unique to you. I have clients ranging from a 12 year old child athlete to a 45 year old Mom of four.
Being fit is another form of self love -- no matter the age.
