It is a place that encourages collaboration and experimentation though training and community.

What we attempt is to combine the ideas of effort and experience into one cohesive unit. This is part physical, part mental, part effort, and part philosophy.

Helping people gain a new perspective of who they are and what they can accomplish.

Seeing tranformation and a person evolve into a better, more complete human being. My goal for all clients is to eventually remove myself from the equation so that you can live life and be free without restraints!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

-face to face consultation getting to know you and to see if we will work together well.

-assessment which is thorough and tackles all avenues of health and fitness including flexibility, mobility, control, movement, aerobic work capacity and comprehensive body assessments

-program design. We get the program and start running!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

CHEK holistic lifestyle coach

Precision nutrition level 1

Opex CCP

Studied with numerous mentors over the past 5 years that have helped shape my model of coaching.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

$300-400 a month. That's it. If you need, and are willing to work and contribute, we can always work out a deal.

I want to help people, but you have to want to help yourself first.

How did you get started teaching?

I got started by realizing that I wanted to play a part in the process of change for another person. I wanted to free people from what they think they can be, accomplish or who they are and teach them that there is more.

I coach because I find it an immediate way to make a profound impact on how people live and navigate their life, being a small part of that process is what I love and care about.

What types of students have you worked with?

Everyone! From seniors needing to get out of pain, post-rehab clients who wanted strength, people who need body composition, people that just want to get stronger, look better in the mirror or get stronger as they age. I've also worked with youth athletes and entrepreneurs in need of increased performance.

I love working with people that have a big picture in mind: sure they want to lose the weight, get stronger, lose fat, look better or increase performance, but they have their eyes set on 20-50 years in the future.

In that case we train for longevity and vitality that you can take with you for the rest of your life!

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

Find who is right for YOU. Letters after a name don't matter, if you FEEL like this person can help you in your journey, take the plunge and hire them! If this person seems like they have more of themselves in mind, don't hire them. This is a profession where ego doesn't exist, we need to be in it to help other people the best way we can!

I'm not going to get along with everybody, and to that I say have a great journey! If you gel together, if we get along, if we trust each other over time and develop a great relationship, then I will give you my 100%!
