Yoga and mindfulness practice can release stress, boost confidence, increase flexibility AND strength, and change your approach to life!

I love to offer a complimentary half hour session to qualified coaching clients to help them start their journey forward! If we are compatible we then set up our plan for a coaching program.
For yoga students, I allow an extra 15 minutes at the first session to make sure we start with an appropriate level and with agreed intention.

Yoga sessions for 1-2 people, $100/75 minute session. Packages of 3, 5, or 10 receive a discount when paid in full.
Coaching is generally for a 90 day period for $900, but can vary.
