Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
To learn what there physical and mental goals are. Everyone has their own reasons for practicing Yoga, and I promise to be a positive force while we learn what is best for YOU and your body.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a certified Yoga instructor since May 2014. I trained with Denise Druce at the University of Utah and was fortunate enough to carry these skills over to my Peace Corps service in Panama where I taught volunteers and Panamanians in English and Spanish.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
