I received certification through the Amrit Yoga Institute both as an advanced yoga teacher and a yoga nidra (guided meditation) facilitator. I alose serve as a senior mentor and regional teacher for the Institute.
I am registered with Yoga Alliance as an E-RYT 500, the highest designation available with Yoga Alliance.
