What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Let's start with talking about your goals, what you're looking for from me, your strengths and weaknesses. It's important for me to assess your movement patterns. After collecting some data I will create a custom game plan for you based on your needs to help you reach your goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified personal trainer. I am also N1 Certified for Nutrition and Program Design. I also am an occupational therapy assistant.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
$70 an hour
How did you get started teaching?
I fell in love with fitness, increasing my knowledge about anatomy, lifting, exercises, and nutrition. I light up when I talk to people about it and want to help others feel the same. I have always loved athletics and played a variety of sports growing up.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have speant the last 5 years supporting friends and family with questions or concerns around fitness. Over the last decade I've worked with the geriatric population to improve my clients strength and functional abilities in the skilled nursing and home health settings.
