What is your typical process for working with a new student?
'Working consultation' where we will go through a serious of exercises. Assessing your form, strength, goals and current situations.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
ISSA-Elite Fitness Trainer, Sports Nutrition Specialist, Online personal training, Transformation Coach, Yoga Instructor, and Strength Conditioning Specialist. NASM-Corrective Exercise Specilist

Individual sessions travel up to 25 miles $65 hr
Group Training or classes 5 or more $50 per person
12 week program starts @ $1200 (includes 1 coaching call a week, customized workout program structured to your personal goals, meal plan, email reminders and access to my TFIT app
