About
I have coached volleyball and softball since 1994 within the public schools. I established a travel club in 2006 and maintained a travel club team and/or community development programs for youth (boys and girls).
I am the current Potomac Valley AAU Volleyball and Softball Sports Director.
The coaching staff are all certified USA Impact and NFHS AIC (Accredited Interscholastic Coach), Safe Sport, CPR/First Aid Certified.
The current training facility is located in Captial Heights, Maryland, on the bus line.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Upon the initial contact, a player evaluation is scheduled to determine which services will provide the greatest benefit.
Work out the details of the agreed-upon program and schedule.
As student develop individual skill, the student is provided the opportunity to apply their knowledge and skill with recreational to competitive games and leagues.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a degree in Health and Physical Education, 26 years of coaching experience, and an advocate of the overall development and well-being of student-athletes.
I have expertise in recognizing biomechanics that may temporarily impede motor skills. I am well versed in strength and conditioning, in addition to the fundamental development in volleyball and softball.
