About
I offer in-home or in-studio sesssions to clients based on their personal needs. My service stands out as I provide a free consultation for clients on first visit to ensure we are on the same page in terms of your personal goals. I also provide hands-on-assists where necessary in your practice to support, correct, or deepen postures.
I love teaching yoga as I have benefited tremendously from practicing. I enjoy connecting with each student I guide through their personal yoga practice. I enjoy providing support to students in the physical, mental, and spiritual journey of yoga. I currently work at 2 different studios during the week and weekend, CorePower Yoga (where I recieved my 200hr Yoga Certification), and Illumin8 studios in DC. I also serve in residential spaces at FREE cost at 'The Bartlett' where you can reserve on MBO app, as well as 'Metropolitian at Acadia' - residents only. *IF you live at either one of these properties or ANY properties within 5 blocks walking distance of Whole Foods in Pentagon City, my private session is $40/hour.
