I am learning how to channel my energy into my fitness, and focus on my progression rather than my problems. Trini and Drew are great trainers!

I have been struggling with my weight for years and trying to do things on my own with little to no success. I knew I needed someone to help me so I did some research and chose to work with Tranita and Andrew at Fitness & Meditation. The moment we had our first conversation, I knew I was on the right track to making the best personal training decision for myself. They are both professional and knowledgeable in fitness and wellness. They took the time to listen attentively to my challenges and created a fitness plan that best suites me. They work right along with me with much enthusiasm and positive energy. I am totally motivated and my workouts are fun. There is no doubt that I will achieving my goals with their assistance.

FAQs

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

Before working with any student, I do a free fitness assessment to gather baseline fitness data and to provide a basis for developing goals and effective exercise program. Gathering and evaluating the various pieces of information gives me a broader perspective of the client. The process and the data collected assist me in identifying potential areas of injury and reasonable starting points for recommended intensities and volumes of exercise based on the goals and fitness outcomes of that client.
