What is your typical process for working with a new student?

Before working with any student, I do a free fitness assessment to gather baseline fitness data and to provide a basis for developing goals and effective exercise program. Gathering and evaluating the various pieces of information gives me a broader perspective of the client. The process and the data collected assist me in identifying potential areas of injury and reasonable starting points for recommended intensities and volumes of exercise based on the goals and fitness outcomes of that client.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

There is no standard price.

What types of students have you worked with?

All types from children to elderly adults.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

When hiring a teacher you should always make sure your personalities will not clash. The reason being is your chemistry won't be good enough to motivate you in a way that you need. If you complain about your trainer, your less likely to do or even want to do what they say, in which will be a waste of money because you will struggle to meet your goals.

What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?

Ask the 5 questions...

What I need to achieve?

Why I need to achieve it?

Who can help me achieve this? Who is my support?

When is convenient for me to start and comply with achieving my goals?

Where is it possible and convenient for me to achieve this goal?

How soon am I ready to make a change?
