Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Before working with any student, I do a free fitness assessment to gather baseline fitness data and to provide a basis for developing goals and effective exercise program. Gathering and evaluating the various pieces of information gives me a broader perspective of the client. The process and the data collected assist me in identifying potential areas of injury and reasonable starting points for recommended intensities and volumes of exercise based on the goals and fitness outcomes of that client.
