We incorporate mobility, activation drills, strength, and flexibility exercises in every workout! Our personalized sessions help clients step out of their comfort zone with workouts that include a variety of exercises adapted to each individual. We always perform a proper warm-up and include specific “LRF T.L.C” exercises based on what each clients needs. We also provide a proper cool down and a post workout stretch.
· Emphasis on form, function, and technique
LRF trainers focus on teaching how to perform exercises correctly to gain maximum benefits.
· Develop a mind-muscle connection in each session
We use positive coaching cues to teach clients to feel and acknowledge the way each exercise makes each specific muscle work. We ask specific questions within each training session to engage both the mind and muscles in turn creating more and better results.
· Valuable motivation
Participating in regular sessions with an LRF trainer motivates clients to attend scheduled sessions as well as accomplish workouts on their own.
Empowerment through positivity
We teach clients to adopt a can-do attitude through modeling behavior and focusing on positive tools for change.

We help our clients achieve their goals by breaking them down into smaller steps that are specific and realistic. We encourage clients to take the “one-step-at-a-time” approach and we help assess progress towards each short and long term goals accordingly.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We speak via email and phone about your short and long term goals! I share with you about our company and what we offer and what sets us apart from other personal trainers! Everyone is a part of the LRF Fit Family and we value their commitment and desire to live the REEDiculouslyFit life! I learn about your health, your visions, and assist you in fitting with one of our LRF Qualified, certified trainer! Once we speak, the waiver is signed and training package is paid for and selected, we schedule the first training session and get started right away! We look forward to speaking with you soon!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of us are certified by the best! National Strength and Conditioning Association! All trainers have four year degrees and 3/4 have Master's degrees! Each trainer goes through Lisa's complete LRF training education methodology. We have train the trainers session every month and client updates two times per month. You will receie two trainers with LRF, your in-home trainer and Lisa, the owner herself! Lisa has over 25 years training everyone from tennis icon, Monica Seles, to the athletes at the University of Florida, USNA, DC's elite clientle as well as kids, seniors and busy Moms and Dads!
