We offer a variety of fitness classes including yoga, Pilates, barre, strength training, core conditioning and more in a very friendly and welcoming small studio. We also offer special classes and workshops on a regular basis.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We ask the student what they are looking for -- and it's not the same for every person, so it's helpful to understand each student and what they hope to gain from our studio. Based on their interests, goals and experience level we try to recommend the best classes for them to attend. We also want to be aware of any injuries or conditions so that we can offer modifications if necessary. Our class sizes are small (we try to keep each class to a max of 12 students) and in this way our instructors can see everyone and ensure that everyone has proper form and is not hurting themselves and is getting the most out of the class.
