About
I help my clients get out of pain and figure out what's at the root of their discomfort. Using mind-body practices it is possible to shift patterns in the body and mind that have lead to chronic and persistent pain. I'm skilled in helping my client figure out what's best for them and can apply the tools that will give them the best result. These tools may include movement, breathing, body-based meditation, healing sound and energy. Some of the benefits by clients experience is reduced pain, improved mobility, reduced stress and deeper connection to meaning in their lives. I've been helping people heal since year 2000.

I have various packages with per session prices between $80-$150.
How did you get started teaching?

What types of students have you worked with?
Over my 20+ years of teaching I have worked with practically every kind of student. As a yoga therapist, I specialize working with those with persistent pain, injuries or chronic conditions. I love bringing the benefits of yoga to those who might not be able to attend a regular yoga class.
