Hipworks work with ALL sports because we DO NOT train specifically for sport, but the performance required to be great in a sport. We train biomechanics in regards to running efficiency for speed, as well as agility, conditioning, core strength, flexibility, mobility, power and explosion. We improve performance so the athlete can compete with any and everyone

Set up assessment to allow opportunities to get to see athletes fundamentals balance approach strength quickness; this also allows athletes to get a feel for me, it has to be a good fit for both sides

How did you get started teaching?
Started training after I stopped playing helping at- risk youth to transition back into mainstream school as well as helping HS athletes being recruited prep for college combine prep events such as 5-10-5 (pro shuttle), L Drill, vertical & 40
