I have worked with an array of domestic and international clients on a one-on-one basis to create a meal plan that is individualized to the client's needs, preferences, lifestyle challenges, and aspirations. I look at change through the lens of education and accountability. Education provides the client's the reasoning for their choices and makes them feel more empowered and in control of the outcomes they enjoy.
From a mediation and yoga standpoint, I have spent the last decade working in the US and Europe with various studios and on my own to provide students with the framework to foster a mindful practice that is grounding, intentional and fruitful. I have hosted numerous workshops and retreats and even offer online courses focused on reprogramming our mindset and bolstering abundant thinking. I am passionate about my practice and teachings because I have seen students embrace the theory and live happier, more freeing lives with less stress and more attention living in the present moment.
I love it when the light bulb moment hits. Through the identification of our old habits and ways-of-being, we can foster awareness and mindfulness in our everyday. It is when this clicks and healthy choices, whether food- or stress-related, become easy, that is when I feel my work has sunk in and the client/student is ready to continue on their own.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
My process is pretty straight forward. We walk through a questionnaire that asks the client their goals and intentions. I am thorough in asking any challenges they see in limiting their success, their habits/ways-of-being, lifestyle factors, etc. I come up with a custom plan to address their concerns and/or aspirations and we cover everything to make sure we are both on the same page.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a chef, sports nutritionist, and yoga/mediation instructor. I have attended culinary school in addition to interning abroad in Italy and England. I am certified by AFPA in regards to nutrition and am an E-RYT and PRYT instructor through Yoga Alliance. I have launched a yoga studio in Brussels, Belgium, and worked both domestically and internationally.
