About this pro

Stephanie has made it her mission to use her love for Christ as her driving force in her Holistic Nutrition practice.  Using her background in Chemistry, along with the knowledge gained throughout her masters education in Nutrition and Integrative Health, her purpose in life is to serve those who are suffering from the mind, body and Spirit.

Her purpose is to use her passion for wisdom and truth to reach those who are going through what she had to go through alone. With her experience and knowing what she knows now, she desires to help make the road to renewed health much easier and quicker than the journey she had to endure to achieve and finally savor this life full of joy, health, and overall better well-being, that she is now blessed to know and have.

Stephanie has found that when you have the extra support and accountability from surrounding yourself with a Tribe, an amazing team of like-minded passionate individuals,  you find yourself free from the weight you've been carrying. When you free yourself of that load, you will find yourself free to do what you were created to do with your life, now that you will have the time and health to be able to pursue and achieve it!

Whether you are on a mission to meet your weight loss goals, want to overcome low-self esteem, depression, anxiety, and hormonal issues. She's been there. Having spent the past fourteen years designing a program that not only makes sense but would be easily integrated into the lives of those whom she has helped.
" My approach is not a diet, it is a holistic approach with years of science-backed nutrition research, experience, common knowledge mixed with address emotional and Spiritual health by focusing on our inner energy and rewiring the brain in order to achieve the changes you want. Delivered in a way that you can systematically "Manifest Your Destiny, Gain Peace of Mind & Body, and Rewrite Your Past!""

How did you get started teaching?

It organically came about, as I kept learning more , I wanted to teach others how to be healthier, stronger (mentally, emotionally, physically, and Spiritually) as well as know how to find themselves and true Calling in Life.

What types of students have you worked with?

Most of my clients have been older than me 40's-60s-70s and are looking for hope that there can be something more for them. Men and women who are wanting guidance and support on their personal growth journeys.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

Find someone who cares and is willing to hold you accountable. Because if you can't have accountability to show up and help you to see what areas or next steps you need to take to grow, you will never see results you're looking for.

What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?

Do our Energy, Mission, and Values sync?

Does this person truly hear, listen, and understand what my needs are?
