About
After 20 years of practicing yoga sporadically and loving it every time I did, I took the plunge and enrolled in yoga teacher training in 2019. I discovered this deep well of wisdom in a consistent daily practice and it lit a fire in me to learn and teach.

I love guiding people into right relationship with their bodies through yoga and ayurveda. When you begin to cultivate the habits that honor your body and yourself, you begin to live a purpose centered life. When you begin to live from purpose, joy arises naturally. This was my personal journey. Having been diagnosed with an autoimmune disease and suffering through daily pain, yoga brought me through the pain and into joy and into my greater purpose.

I had been a yoga practitioner for over 2 decades and felt like I needed to breathe new life into my practice, so I faced my fears of being in the front of the room and enrolled in my first yoga teacher training in 2019. Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Recently, I traveled to California to invest time in building my relationship with my daughter (she is 23). We attended an outdoor sound healing gathering Joshua Tree. The weather was perfect and the mood was sweet. Afterwards we grabbed breakfast and ate outside and talked about our individual experiences. I am grateful to be able to build these kinds of memories with her.
