Bleevable Prana Yoga & Wellness
About
I incorporate multi-edcuational dimensions in my teaching. Therefore, yoga students may be asked wellness coaching questions for them to ponder while they are setting and intention. Wellness clients may be encouraged to look at their social, financial or environmental wellness dimensions when developing their personal road map to success.
I tend to hop in and out of the box (a bit quirky), so I can relate to a variety of people.
I love helping people become the best versions of themselves.
Honor the badass in you. You deserve it!
