Yoga With Olivia
My approach to yoga class is soothing and compassionate. I teaches Hatha, Yin, and Vinyasa. I am also trained to teach Barre.
I was drawn to teach yoga by the sense of deep connection and gratitude I felt in my own practice of over 10 years.
Aiming to share this with others, I completed my 200-Level Yoga Teacher Training in Williamsburg, VA in 2017.
My classes offer a welcoming space to soften, become present, and explore. The use of props are encouraged, and modifications and support are offered to those experiencing limited mobility.
My goal is to share the practice in a way that is accessible to all: to meet people where they are, as they are. I love holding space with people while they deepen their practice and grow. I see myself as a guide on your yoga journey rather than a teacher. I simply share what I've learned. Namaste y’all.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Initially we will touch base and schedule a time to meet at Studio South. At our first session, we will chat about goals and do a practice together.
