About
K2cam Fitness is about maximizing your workout. I work with you on ankle and hip stabilization. What does that do? Good question! Proper stabilization of ankles and hips allows you to move freely through your motions, squatting correctly without pain or discomfort. Proper technique maximizes the effectiveness and quality of your training. I also teach you to use your athletic ability. You may think you don’t have athletic ability, but how do you know if you don’t try? I help you work your muscles by showing you the proper hand placement and body positioning while doing the exercises.
