We are certified through Yoga Alliance to offer Continuing Education, provide workshops to improve the quality of life for women, and offer life coaching services from a yogic and compassionate perspective.

We are Yoga Alliance Certified, and Board Certified through the NCBTMB. We offer Yoga, Massage Therapy, Thai Yoga, EFT, Body-Talk, Tiger and Dragon Qui Gong, Women’s Self-defense.
