About
I am a former competetive boxer on both state and national level from the age of 12. I love boxing and teaching the sweet science. After 35 years of being involved in the sport I have set systems in place to get the most out of our clients. I am the owner of Vintage Boxing Gym located in the heart of Richmond Va. I have taught thousands of people the fundamentals of boxing and love seeing everyone progess!! When you book lessons with me you not only will learn boxing but the theorys behind the movements of what really works!
I love what I do and feel blessed that I get to do this as a career! I have worked 6 year olds, 75 year olds, amatuer boxers, professional boxers, professional mma, and trained our most elite special operation soldiers. I love seeing the progess and working with people that truly want to learn the sweet science!!
