Coach Toni has been amazing. I watched her train my daughter for 3 plus years and the result got better and better. My daughter had some health issues due to anemia and orthostatic intolerance but she never quit and neither did coach Toni. I watched her win a state championship as part of a relay team and break records in sprints and hurdles. 1st year hurdler runner up in the state. Thanks coach for believing in her and making her believe in herself. I look forward to seeing her run on the collegiate level

Fitness Assessment for 1 hour. A brief assessment to build the right program for helping you reach your goals. The assessment is all recommended to go over pricing and programs.
