I am a spiritual health and happiness life coach. I specialize in guiding my clients to achieving their spiritual, personal and professional life goals via value based life coaching.
I absolutely love coaching. I began coaching after going through my own spin with depression. I learned my core values which has allowed my to unlock my ideal life. It is a gift that I share with everyone I work with.
With my value based coaching skills I have been able to help each of my clients reach balance in their lives and attain their ultimate form of happiness.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First we set an introduction meeting , to discuss the goals the clients is looking forward to achieving.
We will then start an 8 week program where we will work on personal development and core values to help achieve the goals we have set. We will work together 1 hour a week for 8 weeks. It is a highly individualized program, equipped with work sheets, mantras and motivational tips.
