About this pro

We teach you how to transform and control your mind.  To get things done in life, effort requires NO talent.  We teach you how to give effort at WHATEVER your goals are in life.  Mindset transformation, effort, creating successful habits, and repeating them over and over is what we teach.  And it works!

We have been offering our services for over 10 years, but recently decided to go in business.  We have not looked back!  Although most of our work is done remotely (zoom video conference), we cultivate a comfortable environment for our clients to learn and grow.

FAQs

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

For new students, I offer a 30-minute mini session.  During this time, I introduce myself to you, give you my background and why I am passionate about this work.  I also ask targeted questions relative to the type of coaching required.
I explain how my coaching works and we determine together, if we are a good fit for one another.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a certified personal trainer, nutritionist and life coach.  I am also retired military.  I have both an MBA and a Project Management Master's degree.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

Yes, please see website.

How did you get started teaching?

I got started teaching because of my own individual need to re-learn information after my military-related brain injury caused me to forget everything.   I started to get consumed with the workings of our brain because I wanted to heal my own brain.

Personal training-in the same injury that caused the brain i jury, I also sustained multiple broken bones.  I was told I wohld never pick up my son again, so of course, I had to prove all of the doctors wrong :)

What types of students have you worked with?

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

Ask a lot of questions of the potential teacher!  Make sure you are comfortable with their answers!

What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?

Make sure you are comfortable enough to tell the WHOLE story/speak your truth (secrets/deep desires/struggles/inner thoughts). It is the only way your teacher can TRULY help you!
