I was hesitant to seek out a personal trainer or coach in the gym, I am so glad I had the opportunity to run into Coach Gatling, he was able to assess what I was already doing in the gym and take it and my workout to a whole new level. His techniques and training programs allowed me to see results almost intantly, by that I mean he was able to make correction in my form along with adding new techniques to my training regiment which were both very beneficial to my body. He taught me all about negatives reps, and how important they are to the muscle building process. And most of all the techniques he taught me focused on correcting all my bad habits which if continued would have left to injury and time away from the gym.

Mark has a true passion for changing peoples lives and it shows in each session. Hes all about personal accountability, proper form and technique.
