What is your typical process for working with a new student?

We perform an evaluation to meet the students where they are at physically and gradually help them reach their highest potential. 

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Degree in Sports Medicine and Pysical Education as well as Personaly Training Certification, Phisical Thearapy, and Human Services Degreed.

Our prices can range anywhere from $50.00 to 110.00 it really depends on what your goals are and what package you chooose. 

How did you get started teaching?

Former NFL player and having a passion for fitness and helping people. I am an advocate of health and believe that people shouldnt have to break the bank to be healthy. 

What types of students have you worked with?

Children, physically challenged, high risk, overweight, underweight. 

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

Fit With Mitch Youth Campaign this is where we take underprivileged children and bring them out to be a part of fun physical activities at no cost to the parent. 

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

look at the results they have provided with former client and don't be afraid to go out and visit the faucility and see if the instructor is a good fit for you in all aspects including personality. 

What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?

At MSP we conduct a health evaluation and a consultation to go over what the clients goals are. Then we come up with a plan in which we can help the client reach these goals. Therefore it is important that your trainer has knowledge in PT so ask questions.
