I combine Muscle Activation Techniques or MAT with baseball specific weight training and conditioning, as well as offer lessons on baseball skills. I have been around the game a long time and have played with and against some of the best ballplayers in the world right now. I was a 2017 MLB Draft Pick to the Miami Marlins and would love to share my knowledge of anatomy & biomechanics along with baseball with any ballplayer willing!
