During my sessions you’d start feeling better about your body and your precious self no matter where you are, physically or mentally, with regards to your level, age and gender. During the Pilates movements you create connection between the body and the mind. You get toned, flexible and strengthened allowing you to move comfortably, correctly without fearing pain in joints and body. It’s about your posture keeping your skeletal muscles long, lean and flexible.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Assessing their posture. Explaining the principle of Pilates, a bit of history and while having my new student learn a few basic Pilates positions and movements, I bring their awareness to their body and explain the benefits of Pilates.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Graduated from a Performing Music and Dance High school. Certified from BASI Pilates as a comprehensive Pilates Instructor. Continued my education in teaching Pilates to the maturing population, Breast cancer survivors and certified in teaching a Barre Workout.
