I love fitness. I love sports. And most of all—I love seeing people succeed. There’s nothing better than watching someone push past their limits and step into the strongest, healthiest version of themselves.

I’ve played high school sports. I’ve played college football. I know what it feels like to put in the work, to grind when it’s tough, and to stay disciplined when no one is watching. That’s why when I coach, I don’t just teach—I speak from experience.
