What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
BS in Kinesiology, emphasizing exercise science. ACE Certified personal Trainer, Numerous certificates and workshops in weight loss, nutrition, postural corrective , injury prevention, strength, power , proper form, endurance, balance, symmetry, ect.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
My standard price for a hour a week of training at studio starts at $70. If you come more per week, the price decreases. If we zoom/ FaceTime it decreases. If I travel to you, their is a travel fee and the price increases.
How did you get started teaching?
40 years ago started Working out at the age of 18. Built muscle and confidence .
