My name is Caroline Punch.
I am American Fitness Professionals Certified Personal Trainer with focus on the active aging group(over 50).
I am currently accepting clients interested in changing their fitness profile in a positive and permanent way and have lots of good laughs along the way. I have references available from many of my 50 plus gals that are getting so strong and hearing singing praises from their doctors. I have high expectations of my clients, but my clients will tell you I am very empathetic(which is why they come to me). I understand that there is more to life than counting calories, inches and pounds. I want to work with individuals ready for a change, not wishing for a change. My success as your trainer and nutrition coach depends on your desire to succeed and consistency in creating healthy habits.
