About

I have studied Martial arts for over 30 years with time in Japan, Thailand and Brazil. I have spent my life studying various martial arts. And learning as much as I can physically and mentally.. anyone can be taught how to kick and punch.. that's the easy part of martial arts.. the mental side is the hard part but very rewarding. I teach private lessons at my home dojo.

I enjoy teaching people how to defend themselves and watching their confidence grow as they learn and do things they didn't think they could do.

I spent many years learning and at one dojo they had me help teach a class and I enjoyed it thoroughly. I decided to branch out on my own and provide private lessons.

I have taught adults, teenagers, and kids.. I have also worked with developmentally disabled children and ADHD children and adults. I have also worked with various children and adults with sensory disorders. I am a member of the national para martial arts association

Talk to the teacher before training. Sit down and "interview" the person and go with your gut feeling..
