First and foremost, I love being able to share my knowledge to anyone who is hungry to learn combat techniques and perfect their form. I enjoy seeing the progressions made in my students and continuing to nurture their process along the way, whether it be for their competitive endevours or simply to better themselves and improve their fitness level.

We work together on the fundamentals of striking, defense, head movement and working on their stance and footwork. Balance, coordination and agility are imperative to becoming a great fighter. We will use mitts to work on the choreography of the striking and movement. Heavy bag will be heavily utilized along with doing calisthenics to improve ones strength and endurance.
