500hr certified yoga instructors. We offer a variety of Yoga styles including Vinyasa, Hatha and Yin. We offer yoga therapy, Nidra, meditation guided meditation classes for individuals or groups.

I have over 7 years of teaching experience and taught in Southern California for 3 years before returning to the PNW where I'm from. I am ERYT 500 and trained in yoga therapy by Doug Keller.

I love empowering people who feel less confident about their bodies or health. I work with all body types and ages. Most of my clientele is over the age of 45 with various types of needs. I practice yoga myself on a regular basis and continue learning and adapting to new ideas and trends.
