    "At age 47 I began training at G-Form in an attempt to relieve back pain that had existed for 7 years due to degenerated discs. I had previously tried physical therapy and various injections with no success. After 6 months of training at G-Form there was a noticeable difference in my back pain and overall fitness. After 18 months my back pain was virtually gone. I also noticed that recovering from soreness caused by activities such as snow shoveling, snow skiing, etc. decreased from two to three days of discomfort to almost nothing. Glen is the director and CEO of G-Form Fitness (GFF) in Brookfield , Wisconsin where his training methodologies are successfully applied to the full spectrum of the population: youth, special populations, rehabilitation and elite athletes. Glen has written numerous articles & lecturer on various topics involving optimum physical performance & numerous rehabilitation topics.

Prior to establishing G-Form Fitness (GFF), Glen was the owner of The Human Performance Center & Frappier Acceleration -Sports Training facility, built one of the largest Multi-Purpose Fitness Facilities in the Midwest. These businesses helped him evolve his Form & Functional training methods as many  athletes as well as the general population experience via personal training.
