I am a former collegiate athlete and current professional wide receiver in the Fan Controlled Football League (FCF). I train to prepare my body for competition and employ recovery techniques to make sure I’m always available to step on the field and compete. I help my clients achieve a healthier, more active lifestyle by motivating and guiding them through the hard changes so they can live a more enjoyable lifestyle outside of the gym.
