About
I LOVE helping people get from where they are to where they wanna be! Whether it's losing weight for a special occasion, gaining weight to feel more healthy and full, or want to get faster/ better for a specific sport; I LOVE HELPING WITH IT ALL!!
I enjoy the task of helping people overcome the initial hurdle of starting. Once we've started, watching the progress grow in both body and confidence always keeps me coming back and seeing how I can help that grow even more!
